Well, I just signed up for Blogvertise, another site that pays bloggers to review web sites and press releases and post about them on their site. I’m not sure how much they pay, and I’m guessing they weight a blog based mainly upon its page rank, so we’ll see if its worth it for me to put the effort in . . .
Currently, they require posts of 75 words each in about three paragraphs, with three links to the sponsor’s site. You can read the requirements for bloggers on their site: Rules for Getting Paid To Blog Through Blogvertise.
They still have to approve my application, but once (if) they do, I’ll be interested to see the kinds of offers they have. They take much longer than Blogitive to pay, but it looks like the amounts might be higher according to a sliding scale between $4 - 25 per post. Their Get Paid For Blog Postings FAQs offers further details on the possibility of making money by getting paid to blog.
