Denver Magazine

Denver Magazine recently issued a web releae announcing it will be launching its new website in June 2007, which they believe “will be the most advanced informational site and area guide in Colorado.”  Looking at their placeholder page, I can’t say that I have a substantial amount of confidence in their claims.  While having recent news headlines is a nice touch from the standard “under construction” message and graphic that most sites would present, why aren’t the news headlines linked to the stories?  And I absolutely hate when sites don’t tell you when they’ll be back — that’s simple etiquette.  When they launch in June, they plan to provide users with “information on virtually anything in Denver and surrounding areas,” including restaurant reviews and real estate details, so that “Denver Magazine will be your one stop shop for anything regarding the great city of Denver.”  I hope that its as informative as they say, and I look forward to checking it out again in June.
